I wasn't disappointed nor thrilled with the staff's friendliness. It seemed about average. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
