I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
