Dr. Mayuri was very knowledgable the FairLawn office staff was friendly, however, I was not completely comfortable that they had a full understanding of our questions and concerns re: his contact lens training. It seemed there were some key points lost in translation. Overall I was happy with the visit.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
