I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
