If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed.
