The folks here at Connecticut back center from the front desk all the way through the procedures and billing issues are compassionate and extremely professional. I've always felt I haven been listen to and heard which is not always the case in many office settings, which are often overbooked and you feel like you should not speak or ask to many questions for fear of holding up the process. I have never felt like cattle. When you are in constant pain, you get tired of talking about it, so when you are with the people that can be helpful, this exchange of information is critical. I am very grateful for the care and professionalism afforded by everybody here.
