The doctor paid close attention to the patient and all of our questions were answered during the visit. We were satisfied with the visit. However, their staff was not friendly, we didn't feel welcome there. And, we were particularly disappointed by the staff when we tried to follow up with the office the next day to get necessary physical therapy prescription. The doctor was out of office and we were told that he could not be reached for two more days. The office staff was rude and not very helpful. When questioned if it were emergency, we were told that you should go to emergency room then. They seem to have no idea of or not care about how to handle their customers or patients.

Dr. Dugdale told me i need to move on with my life, take myself out of physical therapy, and told me I do not need an MRI. I then went to another doctor who had me get an MRI and told me it was going to be a long recovery. My MRI showed that I had a torn meniscus and that I needed to have sugary. I do not recommend dr. Dugdale to anyone since he was rude and diagnosed me completely wrong.
