They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

I wanted to write a review of Dr.Bevilacqua because I notice he didn't have any reviews and was shocked!!! I want to start off by saying that I was probably one of the most annoying and crazy patients he has ever had. I am phobic of needles, doctor’s offices and anything having to do with blood, surgery or pain. It also didn’t help that my sister had all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed (NOT by Dr.Bevilacqua) and was literally out of it and in extreme pain for more than a week!!! I mean her face was swelled and bruised for literally 2 weeks. I was so nervous about the operation that I actually cried in his office when discussing the surgery at the pre-op appointment (where you review the procedure and he looks at your x-rays.) I was mortified. I was uncontrollable, I didn’t want to act that way I was just an emotional mess. But he always made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease. He kind of joked about my extreme anxiety which made me more comfortable. Needless to say I felt like he had a lot of experience and he was always around or would call and answer my questions.
I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out (3 were compacted) on Wednesday April 7th, 2010 at 6 in the morning. I was sedated using general anesthesia and went out like a light. He used this numbing cold spray on my hand to get the IV in and gas and I was out. The anesthesiologist was GREAT!!!! When I came to -I don’t remember much other than calling my parents and letting them know I was ok. At 11:00 am that morning I took my dog, Munson for a walk. The next day I brushed my teeth (carefully) and got my hair done. I was NEVER in pain or bruised, I actually barely swelled. I should mention also, that I am almost impossible to get blood out of. Individuals can NEVER find veins on me and I pass out EVERY SINGLE time I have blood taken. I was also given a prescription for Hydrocodone (Vicodine) and used them the first and second day, but nothing after that!!!
I want to thank and recommend Dr.Bevilacqua to anyone who is in need of dental surgery!!!
He and his staff are AMAZING!!!
