They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I wish I didn't have to return but it's one of the only places that are close and take my insurance......VERY RUDE PEOPLE.
