Not the warmest people I have ever met. The receptionist looked at me like she thought I was there to rob the place and the doctor responded to my questions in one word answers like he was annoyed.

The less than friendly reception aside there were serious cleanliness issues:

1. He did not wear gloves while touching my foot, and he was dealing with a fungus infected toenail, and cutting off a corn.
2. Although he put some kind of solution on my foot prior to cutting the corn, he did not use any hand sanitizer when he was done. ( and he scratched his face with the same hand. )
3. He pulled the cutting tools out of a box containing a lot of other tools and when he was finished he just plopped the tool back in. ( was he going to sanitize them ALL afterwards then ?)
4. He use some kind of sanding disk on my foot that was sitting there all set up. I did not notice that he put on a clean disk just for me ( although he could have done that before I came in though ) He didn't take it off afterwards...

all in all there was no outward demonstration of efforts to sanitize anything like one expects in a doctor's office.
I will NOT be going back.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Dr. Papazian is the most amiable and careful doctor you ever wanna meet. He takes every complaint very seriously and strives to ensure that you leave satisfied with your visit each and every time. The office was very easy to locate, with ample street parking. Once I needed to make an after-hour appointment, and the assistant was nice enough to accommodate me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. I know that I could count on them at all times, and I have personally referred my friends and family to Dr. Papazian, who absolutely love him too.
