Dr. Lee is very nice and professional, but his office assistant is horrible.

She spent the entire time on personal phone calls, and chatting with the other staff members. When Dr. Lee prompted her for patient records, she had a myriad of excuses: If you want it done with mistakes, you can have it right now, but it will have mistakes, finally blaming a patient that didn't even say anything the entire time for "giving her dirty looks" while she continued to socialize instead of doing work. Don't ask this lady for help, she doesn't care, and will screw up basic questions.

She is about 26-30, whitish, and seemed to be more interested socializing about her Christmas gifts than doing work.

BTW beware of the coffee, the machine automatically turns off, and the coffee becomes cold. Turn the coffee maker on, and wait a few minutes b4 taking the coffee.

Dr. Lee is fabulous! Myy Moh's went well and his reconstruction was unbelievable!

Dr. Lee is very competent and extremely approachable; he puts you at ease. He speaks to his staff in a way that you know he respects and appreciates the work they do. He called personally after my surgery to follow up and see if I had any concerns. If you are at the point of needing to go see a dermatologist who is a specialized surgeon, you are having to deal with a troubling situation....cancer, etc. He puts you at ease and works with you in a personable way to effectively address the problem. I highly recommend him.
