I have been a patient of Dr. McLeod for over 15 years. In fact, she takes care of my Husband and my Mom too. Knowledgable, professional, caring and friendly describe her and her entire team. We wouldn't trust our eyes with anyone else! The new location at The Heritage Plaza in Auburn is amazing...inviting and pristine...a great feeling as soon as you walk in. My highest recommendations for this practice.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The new location is great and easy to locate. I would certainly recommended friends & family to visit McLeod Eye Associates.

I've been going to Dr. McLeod to take care of my eyes for the last 15 years or so. She's been there to reassure me through various frights and has always been caring and helpful.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They did an amazing job at finally providing me with an accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I've been to other optometrists that didn't really help, but now I can finally see well once again. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money.

ALSO: Dr. McLeod moved her location to the Heritage Plaza (567 Southbridge St, Auburn) and her new place is better than ever. The colors and the set up are so inviting!! You can tell she really likes what she does by the way she put this office together! I am so happy I got to see her and her staff in the new location!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
