Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. This is a great place to go if you are in need of hearing aids. The audiologist spent a lot working with me to find the perfect hearing aids to fit my needs and lifestyle and now I'm hearing better than ever. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going again in two weeks because the hearing aid has started to cause me pain and for additional information but I am sure Dr. Martinez can help fix it. [Translated]
