Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
