I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always take the time to listen to me., then he gave me the surgery,completely messed it up and then told me that the pain i was feeling was in my head even after another doctor he sent me to told him something was wrong,now i can find no other doctor to fix what he has done ,i can no longer work and pain is my new life. beware!!!!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes! It was effortless!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I had severe shoulder and right arm pain. My PCP diagnosed ulna nerve pain, and after reviewing my MRI on a Friday, he called Dr. Biel's office. I saw Dr. Biel on Monday morning and had x-rays in his office. He saw that the problem was a herniated disc and scheduled surgery for the next day. Dr. Biel was very knowledgable, thorough, and professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I would recommend him without any reservation.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. When asking questions, Dr. Herbert Biel behaved in a condesenting manner and I felt belittled. I wouldn't! Dare allow him to operate on me!

I had a very serious neck injury (2 bulging herniated disks) from an automobile accident. I was incredibly blessed to have Dr. Biel as my surgeon. He made sure every single question I had was answered, and was always available if I thought of any more questions I wanted answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Indiana Orthopaedic Center as well as the Surgery Center are both first class. If you are looking for extended disability, needless medication, or someone to blame find another Doctor. If you are looking for the best possible care from the best possible surgeon...Choose Dr. Beal. He very simply is the best!
