I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was a little unnerving that they weren't able to answer the majority of my questions. I left feeling a bit confused and frustrated.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
