They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was an equipment malfunction, which they denied at first. They showed no regard for anything but cookie cutter patient response.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The only thing i dislike about their office its their refund policy this was actually my second time goint to DR. Adams and its been 2 months and i haven rcvd my money back.

They kept me well informed. On the day I was set to have my wisdom teeth removed, I was very nervous. Upon entering the room they quickly dimished my fears (the drugs helped too of course). They were very attentive and helpful. Dr. Adams was right when he said I wouldn't feel a thing... or remember much of it either. He did a fantastic job. I healed nicely with no complications. I will be returning to Dr. Adams for some more work that I need ot have done.
