They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. " What a kind careing and educated person , he has a great personality and is very funny and animated at times , he is the type of oral surgeon you just wish to keep going to see that is how friendly he and the staff are , they have sympathy and empathy for us as their patients , who could ask for anything more" ? ( We Love Doctor Norkus and Staff !! :) And I must add he is there for you no matter what time it is and answers you personally by phone as well as gives you his cell phone to call him if somthing arises and they check on you after procedure by phone daily until you have healed complete. Thank You Again Doctor Norkus and Staff , so proud to refer him to anyone anytime if they need outstanding service.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
