Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The assistant and the optitian were outstanding in their care. I really felt that they went above and beyond to help me and make me feel welcome! I felt as though I had to wiggle some of the info out of the doctor but I felt that my exam was thorough and that he was very responsible and professional . He had a very calm manner about him and I felt comfortable.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

I absolutely adore Dr. Rothlisberger. He is extremely patient and knowledgable. I am so impressed w/ the quality of care he provides. I am also impressed w/ the staff. Debra, at the front desk, is always friendly and helpful. I had an eye emergency recently and was given an immediate appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. R and the whole gang more highly!!
