They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've never had a problem getting the appointment time I want on the day I want with them. They are so flexible and understanding with their appointment times, and I've always really appreciated it. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

There is no comparison!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was pretty difficult for me to get an appointment with them. I wish they had been able to get me in a little quicker.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Whenever I have a question, they are almost always able to answer it over the phone. It's so nice not having to drive all the way down there for an appointment and instead get my questions answered right away. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
