Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always return my phone calls within the same day, it's fantastic. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Every time I have a question, they always make an effort to answer it over the phone instead of making me drive all the way down there for an appointment. They are always very respectful of my time and schedule. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. They always make an extra effort to accommodate my schedule and set up a time for me that's convenient. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I feel safer in their care than I do with any other doctor. I trust them over anyone else in the field. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They went over every detail of my medication with me carefully and meticulously so I completely understood. They always make the extra effort to make sure I feel safe and involved. I've never been to a more reliable doctor. Whenever I need to get a hold of them, I know that I'll be able to immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
