I sustained an auto accident injury for which I underwent treatment in an emergency room, followed by numerous visits to family doctor, orthopedic surgeon, as well as a chiropractor and a different podiatrist, all of whom either failed to diagnose the condition, or went so far astray in diagnosis that it should enter the medical text books of diagnostic gaffes.
Dr. Schroeder’s staff, upon calling the office, immediately scheduled my appointment, and Dr. Schroeder dedicated a half hour for the physical examination and the diagnostic review of the studies.
Dr. Schroeder, arrived at a definitive diagnosis with ease and competence, and refused to render any negative comments on the professional peers who had strayed and failed to diagnose my condition.
Instead, he went straight to work with specialized procedure and prescribed the protocol of the treatment and had his staff schedule my next follow up appointment.
The entire episode, I must admit, was the epitome of professionalism and supreme professional eminence.
Where do I start? First I felt he had ZERO compassion for what I was going through. I feel completely maimed by what he did to my toe. I was told I would have no pain and could go running the next day (after having the nail completely removed). Second, during the visit it seemed like he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. It was diffucult to get answers to my questions. I would not recommend him to anyone. Please BEWARE!
