They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. While waiting to see the podiatrist I noticed how comfortable they have made their waiting room area. The chairs were so comfy and it was nice to sit and relax for a second before my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
