Dr. Neilson made sure every single question I had was answered, and he's always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. His staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting him. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I highly recommend Dr. Neilson.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have nice restrooms. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
