They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
