They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. All my questions were answered. The waiting room here is comfortable.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
