The office was easy enough to find. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
