They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Dr. Mason's staff seemed professional and well informed. I wasn't crazy about the "chairside manner" of his assistant but everyone else was pleasant and professional. Being a person with very unsightly...actually very ugly feet and having spent many years self-concious about it you expect to be uncomfortable taking off your shoes....everywhere except in the chair of the foot surgeon. The assistant, I felt was a bit impersonal and gruff. Otherwise I was extremely pleased. Dr. Mason is, as always, very kind, patient, and personable. The people in the waiting room seemed confortable also. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They gave me more than sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
