They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Everything was good except the attitude of a cashier who told me a wrong amount for my charges. After I had written my check she let me know that was not the amount she told me. She said she had told me another amount. I clearly heard what she had said. She seemed to act as if I'd written the check for the wrong amount in order to avoid paying a portion of my bill. I didn't say a word, overlooked her mistake and corrected my check. I don't usually do surveys but if she still works at your office, you should know this.
