Gouged!

Appointment 1: x-rays, exam with a result of "can't diagnose problem" but that didn't stop them from trying to sell me expensive inserts. Need to come back when it's hurting.

Appointment 2 (2 days later): Surprise, the technician informs me of the diagnosis in my chart from the first appointment. After waiting for 25 minutes in the exam room the doctor arrives to inform me of the diagnosis that was not provided in the first appointment. Now I have a regiment of antibotics that may or may not solve the problem and a standing order to return in 10 days.

Will not be returning!

I don't mind people making money but not at the expense of my time.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
