They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The doctor even ordered an MRI for with and without contrast!! I'm allergic to contrast and he knew it! Yet he decided to order one through my insurance company! He's very nasty and even cursed me out constantly using the "f" word!! I let him perform two surgeries on my foot and I STILL can't walk!! Now, he won't even give my husband my records so I can go see another podiatrist!! He told my husband that he wants to copy them and not one of the many secretaries that work there and do nothing!! This man has insulted me constantly and yet I still held hope that he would finally get it right! His idea of a visit was to come in, poke my foot and hurt me, write a prescription for pain pills and walk out!! Is that right? Nope. For many, many months I told him about this pain in my foot that I was having and all he did was nothing! He gave me pain pills and said to ice it or use heat. He finally decided to do yet more surgery on my foot that obviously didn't work! About 3 weeks later, I saw him and told him that it felt weak and that I was having a hard time walking on it and he said to just ice it and use heat and what a surprise, gave me more pain pills. Well, I wound up falling not once but twice and hurt my foot severely the friday before July 4th, this year. My husband called and called and called and left several messages and so did I and he finally decided to call me back a week later!! A WEEK LATER???? What kind of service is that? He proceeded to give me an attitude and tell me I didn't leave messages or call when I clearly did and then when I raised my voice to be heard because he wouldn't let me talk, he starts cursing at me!! "F**K this and F**K that, etc etc etc. This man is nasty and horrible in every which way a doctor can be. I have seen enough doctors in my life to know how they act and/or treat an individual and this guy is way off scale. If anybody reads this, I hope that they will think twice before going to see this man.
