Dr. Kessler is great. He made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I have more questions. Their staff is friendly and helpful. A couple of times my son needed to be seen quickly and they got me right in. One time they even saw us before school started. Dr. Kessler was also very accommodating and helpful about figuring out how to file the claim properly so that the insurance company was satisfied. Many other doctors wouldn't have taken the time to do that.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room chairs were not the best I have seen, they could definitely use an upgrade. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
