The staff is very helpful and willing to do all they can to help achieve your desired results. Everyone was very nice and able to work around my schedule to make appointments. The actual treatment was successful in reducing my scars appearance, however there is still some work to be done in order for it to be an ideal size.

I had an emergency situation with a growth on my face. Dr. Cherup and her staff were responsive and made time in the schedule to see me the same day. Dr. Cherup immediately remedied the problem with no noticable scar to my face. The office staff and the care I received was A+ across the board. I am very grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of Dr. Cherup and her team.

Had breast augmentation 3 years ago. Dr Cherup and her staff were incredibly help and kind throughout my entire experience. Dr Cherup is always very open and honest with her patients, which made me feel at ease that she was looking out for my best interest. I knew I would get a great result. She really stands by her work, she knows what she's doing. I highly recommend Radiance Plastic Surgery to literally anyone who is even remotely considering any type of cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Cherup is a confident and knowledgeable surgeon. I had breathing issues since I was young and my nose was crooked and looked unusual. I went to an Ear, Nose and Throat physician who performed surgery on my nose and several years later, I was still having issues with breathing. I consulted with Dr. Cherup who recognized the problem immediately. She not only fixed my breathing issue, but my nose looks fantastic.

From start to finish I was/am very pleased with the entire patient experience. As a nurse myself, I am very critical of others in my profession and pay very close attention to details. The staff as well as Dr. Cherup were exceptional. They explained very step of the process, answered all questions regardless of what they were, eased my mind every step of the way. Julia was wonderful, very gentle and kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely satisfied with my results, in fact, SHOCKED is a great word because I really only had limited improvements in my own mind but my figure is awesome !!! I didn't want to be a 55 year old trying to be 25, I wanted to slow the hands of time a bit and modify what giving birth to 3 large kids did. I will/have recommended Radiance to others.
