All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

Yes, and my child loves them!

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
