They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They were friendly, kind, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They always put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
