Worst experience I have ever had in any doctor office. Appointment made and sat for over two hours in very crowded waiting room. Obviously way overbooked and doctor does not seem concerned. Nobody ever updated as to what is going on. Other patients got up and left after yelling at the receptionist. Finally taken to the back to be put into another waiting area. Afrer being in the office now 3.5 and told it may be another hour before you will be taken care of I left. No explanations from anyone. HOW HARD WOULD IT BE FOR THE STAFF TO CALL YOU A COUPLE HOURS AHEAD AND EITHER TELL YOU COME IN LATER because the doctor is running behind, OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. The most rediculos care, or lack or I have ever experienced.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
