Dr. Mancuso was TOP NOTCH. I appreciated that when entering the room he introduced himself to my children (the patients) first. He then took the time to get detailed information from me about the current conditions we were being seen for. After my input, he gave the choices he would recommend as a Specialist. I believe that he was UNBIASED about these choices, and he said he would support me with whatever choice I made. I would highly recommend Dr. Mancuso; even though he was a little late in seeing me.

Not only did they not offer a remedy for my condition, I had to go somewhere else to get help. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. My input was completely ignored here in regards to my treatment method. Dr. Mancuso was completly rude, he refused to take see my children as patients, after we waited and did several tests. He did not even introduce himself, he asked me why I brought my children to his office and informed me that I would need to take my children back to their old ENT because he does not take patients from other Doctors. All after his staff made my kids appointments, got their records faxed over and completed hearing tests on them. If that was the case it should of been stated when I first called to make the appointments. He as so rude and not careing.
