Dr. Baker did an inadequate exam on our daughter and instantly recommended surgery. I specifically told him that the referring pediatrician thought that she had an irritated throat and infected ears, and Dr. Baker didn't even look in her throat. Her eyes also had drainage, he wrote a script for her that we later found out was for pink eye. By then our family had been infected with it, which could have been prevented. He was very perfunctory, arrogant, and ineffective. He did not even introduce himself when we met. We have since visited another ENT in Idaho Falls and have been very happy with his thoroughness and recommendations.

I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I went to Terry Baker to have my thyroid removed because of cancer. There are many things that can happen with this kind of surgery. For instance problams with the para thyroid or with the voice,etc. Terry Baker did a good job with the surgery, I had no problams with it. nothing went wrong. Besides being a great surgen he took the time to listen too me. I was not rushed. He is verry good wtih people and listening.

Terry Baker seems way too 'spread out'. By the way his office acts, it seems like they have 150 people waiting on him at a time and he is too busy to really think about the situation properly. I've had the same infection for 9 months now and even been though surgery, all he will tell me is, "It takes time." I disagree. 9 months, almost every anti-biotic known to man, and a surgery later, nothing has touched it. After the surgery, he never even looked up with a scope to see if it was healing properly like other doctors do. I try to express my concerns to him but he treats me like I'm stupid. He gives me the attitude, 'you're not the one who spent his life savings and 12 years of school to know things.' He made me feel terrible when I'm already sick and miserable. Not going back.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting.
