went for allergy testing and there was growth in nose he cut it out it hurt like hell he was great dr great nurses everyone explained everything i wanted to know

Waited for the hearing exam. Once that was completed the appointment with Dr. Dettmer went well and I felt he gave me a thorough exam and answered all my questions. I would like to have a copy of my hearing exam.

Dr. Dettmer is a very knowledgeable Dr and is exceptionally nice to his patients. I will go to him with any ENT problems I have in the future.

I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was very kind and caring, and I appreciated not having to sit and wait forever. I would recommend for people to see Dr. Dettmer.

My experience was very satisfactory. Registration went very well with no waiting. The nurse called me within 5 minutes and was cheerful and courteous. Dr. Dettmer entered right away, was very courteous, explained things well and did the procedure with great care.

I was very impressed about the service that I received from the ENT department. I went in because I have Lyric hearing aides. When went to Hearing Associates to have my hearing aid replaced, I had blood on the unit and they felt I needed to make sure there wasn't anther problem. The Hearing Associate staff made the arrangements to have me come right over. I only waited approximately 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Dettmer was very kind and gentle as he examined my ear. I told my family how impressed I was at the service and treatment I received. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend a friend or family member to the ENT department, I would recommend Dr. Dettmer.

The staff was great. The waiting in the waiting room and back in the op room was alittle longer then I expected. The doctor was excellent. Very personable and answered allour questions.

When I checked in the staff at the desk had smiles on their faces, very pleasant. I didnt have to wait long before I was taken back. I didnt have to wait long for Dr. Dettmer to come in. Instead of standing and talking to me, he sat down which made me feel that he was taking the time to explain stuff and answer all of my questions.

Suffering from ear pain and a erroneous diagnosis of allergies, I called the ENT office for consultation. The staff was more than gracious and encouraged me to call back when they had no current appointments available. I was able to get an appointment the following day with Dr. Dettmer. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Dettmer. He was thorough, respectful and I felt as if my appointment was not rushed. I received a prescription to help resolve the problem and I am feeling better.
