Dr. Bane is a total professional. He explained my procedure and what to expect in plain English. His staff and facilities are top notch. I wouldn't want to have the surgery I had again, but if I absolutely had to, I'd go right back to Dr. Bane.

The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
