They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Absolutely not, I had to call them several times to get my results
