I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. They answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
