I was amazed at how quickly they offered a remedy for my condition. I haven't felt this great in months. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Shah is an incredible E.N.T. She has a wonderful personality and her medical and undergraduate training is amazing. I would expect someone with her background to be on Park Ave. in New York City. Dr. Shah has also done extensive research. We are fortunate to have her on Long Island (on the south shore). I have sent countless family members to her as well. They have all been delighted.
