They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

He was extremely rude to me and would not listen to my concerns. Arrogant is the best term I can think of to describe his attitude towards me.
