I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I have been treated by this dr, for over 15 yrs. the day he saw me an exact diagnses. I had seen many doctors who were never ever to pin point what I had I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. ExCELLENT NEUROLOGIST :).

I will not return, not at all confident in medical recommendations. Dr wanted to increase my son's medication because ( I have 3 year olds taking this dose) And that has what to do with my son? Was told test results " abnormal" with no further explanation. Doctor seemed to want patients to follow him no questions asked. Very easy to hear between rooms. I overheard him fussing at someone regarding med dose
