Dr. Prince was great. He was extremely friendly and we talked about everything under the sun. He came up with a diagnosis which I believe will fix my problem. My sister had him earlier and loved him. I would recommend him to anyone needing his type of expertice.

This is A.J.'s mother doing the feedback. It was our first time at the office and first visit with Dr. Prince. I was very satisfied with the receptionist and his nurse and their kindness. Can't say enough about the dr. either. Really thought he would blow us off and say A.J.'s headache wasn't sincere and that he just needs a psychologist or something. He was nothing like that. He took A.J. very seriously and seems genuine in trying to figure out the problem with his headache. As of right now, I would highly recommend him to others. Dr was very helpful and understanding more fully my condition. He is very kind and easy to talk to and never seemed to be rushed to get on with other appts, etc. I felt more at ease and informed after seeing him. Thank you so much

Dr. Prince was extremely nice and wonderful to work with. He was very friendly, explained the procedure very well, and I felt really comfortable with him. I would definitely recommend him.

Even though this was the first time I was treated by Dr. Prince, I felt like I had known him for years. Dr. Prince is an excellent physician. He really listened when I told him the reason for my office visit. He had me do a variety of different strength and flexibility tests and asked me several questions. He then prescribed a blood test and suggested an m.r.i. if needed in the future. Not only was he very thorough and knowledgeable, he was extremely outgoing, friendly and just a great guy. His assistant, Susie was also very efficient and nice. I had a wonderful experience. I'm so glad I had an opportunity to fill out this survey.

I have been seeing Dr. Prince since I came down with GBS in December of 2003. He has always been very friendly, easy to talk too, understanding, and some one who listens, I have trusted him and his treatment plan for me right away. GBS is very frustrating, because there's not a lot you can do once the damage is done. I got GBS by getting a flu shot. Congress has a fund set up for people that become disabled from vaccinations. Dr. Prince was extremely instrumental in me winning my case, he has always gone the extra mile to help me get through this process. I trust the medications that he has prescribed for me. GBS, causes a lot of pain, and many other residuals, the only way to get through them, is to treat them with lots of different medications, that are addictive, he has always been careful not to over medicate me, but truly listened to what I needed. Unfortunately, I think that it's hard to find that these days, which is why I have always continued to have Dr. Prince as my Neurologist.

Dr. Prince and the staff are very nice. They make you feel at ease. Dr. Prince takes the time to address your concerns, and doesn't make you feel rushed.

I highly recommend Dr. Prince.

I really appreciate the care I receive from Dr. Prince and his P.A. Susie. They are always very helpful and willing to try new available treatments for my chronic condition. The treatments I've received have been helpful and well worth the time and money invested in them. While my case may be a difficult one and I've been to other neurologists who just gave up Dr. Prince is always helpful and tries to keep me abreast of any new treatments. I like the fact that I can come to him with questions of treatments I've heard of and he can tell me whether or not he thinks it's worth looking into and the fact that he hasn't yet given up on me like so many other doctors have. He's a great doctor and definitely one you can trust to have your best interests at heart.

Dr Prince was very thorough and evaluated my symptoms and potential diagnosis only after a lengthy exam and discussion on onset, timing, contributing comorbidities, etc. We developed a sound plan to determine underlying origin while also immediately treating presenting symptoms. I am very pleased with clinical knowledge and the time and attention to detail Dr. Prince displayed during my visit.

My son has a seizure disorder and a mental health issue. Dr Prince and the entire staff treat him with respect and kindness even though my son does not always act appropriately.
