Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
