They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. Dr was rude loud and obnoxious not helpful would ask question and not let you answer.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
