I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

The only complaint I had when I was going to him for my prenatal appointments (2009/2010), was about my weight gained during pregnancy. I was actually very healthy & not big at all! I did alot of walking & excercize & never had any special fattening cravings. & He said I should have only gained 20-30lbs. I started at 110/120 & I was up to 160. Other than that, he's always been very polite, the labor process was awesome & made me feel at ease. I don't understand the complaints against him, or why any one would want to take away his liscense.

I am working on getting his license taken away as we speak, I am in the mix of filing a medical complaint as well. I would like to get everyones information who has had problems with this Dr, so we can get this taken care of.... His own staff said he is a rude, uncaring Dr and they wouldn't refer their own family members to him... Their exact words. PLEASE if anyone is having problems with him, Get in contact with me ASAP.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. this man is the worst dr in the world NEVER GO TO HIM nomatter how despretyou are.you will leave with more complications then you did coming in.he doesnt answer or tell you anything.when you get him to talk hes rude and makes you feel like your nothing.he turns the monoter iff like in less then a minute. and your visit is over in less then 5 minutes.if anyone knows how to get his lisecnce taken pleas e mail me.

This is the worst Dr I have ever been in contact with...... He is very rude, rushes the visits, does not answer questions. Example " How can I get Lamaze" His response "Oh no, you don't need Lamaze, Labor is easy the nurses will tell you what to do" First pregnancy, would have liked a little compassion or referral. I apparently had an UTI but was not informed, got a call 1 month later asking if i picked up the prescription, Rite Aid had to fill it again, because I wasn't aware I even had a UTI or prescription. At 20 weeks Cheung said no baby gender to early, No it isn't to early he just doesn't take the time to do his job. He also turns off the monitor to fast to get ictures. He does not answer any questions about the baby, or inform me of anything. This last visit, I tried to explain to him about the UTI and not being informed, he was very rude and angry, said it is not his job to tell me of results, but my job to ask him for results. My mother jumped in and told him "NO, it is your job as a Dr to inform us if anything is wrong, negative, or positive. We are not the Dr's to know every detail when you are the one with the chart. You are rude, have no compassion, and are a JERK! I then asked the Dr " How many babys have you delivered, He said NOT MANY...Really not many, that doesn't make me feel secure. Needless to say we are looking for another DR, and trying to find out how to file a complaint.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Only one of staff was nice the white lady was races and rude she Actually she ran me off and closed the window in my face then started talk to onther staff member about me I will never go there in my life worst place ever
