Everyone in this office is very nice. Sometimes I felt that Dr. Shiels told me too much about studies and things I didn't necessarily want/need to know about. She asked me what kind of birth control I was using and when I said the rhythm method she made a joke "What do you call a couple that uses the rhythm method? Parents." I thought this was a bit offensive, since maybe I am Catholic and don't believe in birth control.

I think Dr. Shiels is very thorough and always makes sure she has addressed all of my concerns, but as a woman trying to get pregnant, I think I will try a different doctor.

I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
